Timeless Learning, Inc. employs contracts and works with talented and diverse people to help meet its mission and goals. We are stronger, more credible, and more effective when our workforce includes highly qualified individuals with backgrounds, cultures, and traditions that reflect the world's rich diversity.

We work diligently to attract and retain board members, committee members, volunteers, employees, and vendors representing a range of personal and professional backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that arise from differences of culture and circumstances. We condemn hatred and violence toward anyone and embrace working with others to teach the many dimensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We feel it is our duty to provide the space for all children to learn through reading and to learn about how to recognize discrimination and bias from a young age. Reading is a way to learn about diverse people, the world, and to have a way to improve lives. Our culture reflects our commitment to our mission to support literacy for children, families, and the community, while ensuring that everyone is encouraged and supported towards their highest human potential.
